HVAC Systems – Overhauls
HVAC also comprises a major part of our overhaul business. Our
refurbished and fully tested HVAC equipment conforms to all current
US regulations. TTA’s experience in overhauling these complex
systems, from 8 to 15 tons, now extends to almost 15 years of successful
installations, with almost 600 units delivered.
This overhauled equipment, when delivered back to our customers,
is equal to or better than the original equipment, both in terms
of performance and quality. Many HVAC overhauls require significant
new design activities to upgrade the refrigerant system to utilize
alternate refrigerants.
A typical overhaul includes:
- Complete strip and clean
- Sand blast components
- Clean coils
- Re-assemble using new piping
- Installation of complete new
wiring system
- Installation of new valves and fittings
- Evacuation of the system
- New refrigerant
- A complete test to the most exacting standards
- Overhaul and
test of the control system
