We assemble, test and deliver new passenger railcars supplied by international car builders for service in the United States.

After completing our first new car assembly project in 1986—Nippon Sharyo commuter cars for Maryland’s MARC service—we have since assembled Bi-Level Gallery cars, EMU and Locomotive-hauled Commuter cars, Light Rail vehicles, and Heavy Rail passenger cars for numerous U.S. Transportation Authorities.

Our new car assembly team has the expertise and experience to staff, manage and assemble new railcars either in our own facilities or remotely in other locations.
